OUR SECOND YEAR OF FALL FUTSAL:
This training will be play based with technical training mixed into the warm-up! Our warm-up consists of many different technical exercises designed to improve speed and comfort on the ball. This will be followed up with small sided possession based or passing based activities (rondos, passing patterns to goal, etc) and end with futsal based games. Players will take turns in goal when we play the final part of our session or we will use smaller goals that do not require goalkeepers!
Training Fee $150

Why did we change our fall format to involve futsal:
A More Enjoyable Experience!
Moving indoors ensures that we are always going to be on a good surface and never have to worry about losing light! We also will be able to train on a dry surface with no fear of having to deal with wind, rain or wet fields!
Benefits of Futsal:
Over time playing futsal provides benefits that will directly transfer to their outdoor game. Playing on a hard surface requires the player be quicker and cleaner with the ball. The heavier ball helps develop each players power and strength when dribbling, passing or shooting. The smaller number of players when playing (5 v 5 to 6 v 6) increases the number of touches each player receives as they are playing. The speed of the game of futsal helps to develop a fast thinking player that responds to pressure quicker.
Our fall sessions are futsal based training focused on improving close control with speed and agility exercises with and without the ball.
